Description

This home has amazing views of the Intracoastal waterway, you can watch the dolphins swim by, fish, enjoy the refreshing saltwater, play on the swim-mat, go kayaking to the islands, endless adventure. Sit back and relax in the 6 person Hottub in the evening. This is a peaceful and quiet home, the most noise you will hear are the boats going by, and red drum hitting the top of the water. The water is literally steps away from the massive screened in front porch. Bring your fishing poles and catch fish all day right off the dock or bring a boat. Our home is at the end of the Road, Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Most of our neighbors are older so we do ask that noise be kept down after 9pm. Not much traffic on Waterway drive, there is plenty of parking for to 3 cars. We do ask that there not be more than 3 cars at the home. Waterway Drive is a private and small road.View More
